All purchases of labs and supplements are final. We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled for no charge 48 hours prior to original appointment time. Appointments cancelled, no-showed, or rescheduled less than 48 hours prior to appointment time will endure the following charges:
Initial appointment: Full charge of $175
Subsequent appointments: $200 charge
Chiropractic Care
